How is COVID-19 affecting shipping/orders?
Due to COVID-19 there may be a delay in shipping, however, orders are still processed within 3-5 business days from the order date. Since COVID-19 may impact shipping on your order, we are continuously working on better solutions to shorten any delay you may experience. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department for your country. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Where do we ship our products from?
Products are shipped either from our United States or China warehouses.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our international warehouses. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Will I receive a tracking number ?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 11- 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
